My name is Katie Rodriguez, owner of KRVA. My goal as your Virtual Assistant is to solve your business and administrative problems.

The first problem I solve for you is that you do not have to hire a full time employee, or worry about the risks and costs that are associated with them!  We will work together in whatever way your business requires that returns your focus to what you love about your company.

My unique career has given me a number of different skills that make me an effective Virtual Assistant. I am experienced in all things administrative. I am fluent in all forms of social media. I am action oriented and adept at multitasking. I am efficient and always focused on being cost effective. 

At a global branding and design agency, I was the Creative Services Manager. In this role I was responsible for the quality control of our creative production. I ensured ads were made to specification before I released them to print outlets and managed the allocation of staff for each project. Additionally, I liaised with our client, a world renowned  brewery, to manage timelines for their product releases.

I honed my high-level Executive Assistant and event planning skills on a trading floor of an international investment bank. I coordinated travel for US and Asian Equity Roadshows and  managed the schedules of high level executives. My team was responsible for the coordination and execution of  internal and external events. We also provided general office management and IT support.
